I’m so pleased with this little project! I collaborated with Jordan of Polkadot Prints to design a darling house-shaped gift box that is as easy as pie to put together. You’ll want to make one for neighbors, postal workers, teachers — pretty much everyone you know!
Simply print off the free template, cut it out and double-side tape it together.
Fill your house gift boxes with a few small treats and your gift-giving list is done in a flash!
SUPPLIES FOR YOUR HOUSE GIFT BOXES:
-Printable house template
-Scissors
-X-acto blade
-Double-sided tape
-Ruler & scoring tool
Print the house gift box template. Cut out the house and wreath.
If you prefer, use the X-acto knife to cut out the window panes. The box will still be perfectly cute if the panes aren’t cut. : )
With the ruler and scoring tool, score the house template on all the dotted lines.
Fold on the newly scored lines.
Add a piece of double-sided tape to the small tab.
Connect it with the other side of the house, as seen above.
Fold the bottom flaps in and use double-sided tape to hold it closed.
Add a piece of tape to the backside of the wreath and stick it in place.
Fill the house gift boxes with a few small treats or a small gift. Add one more piece of tape to the top flaps and pinch the roof closed.
Give to all!

THESE HOUSE GIFT BOXES WOULD ALSO BE GREAT FOR:
– Christmas party favors
– Teachers, delivery persons, newspaper delivery person, neighbors…the list goes on!
– Schoolmates! They are the perfect size for little hands.
P.S. — We love making gifts! You can find all the posts in this series here.

I know i may be to late for the template but would love to have it. They are so cute!!
Thank you Gabrielle, for making this available as a print out. I found it on Pinterest in 2018 and have made lots of these little boxes as table favours for the children at out family Christmas dinner this year. They are adorable and big enough to fit a nice little gift inside. Once again, thank you.
This whole year my plan was to give small “side” gifts in little houses and this is absolutely perfect! Thank you so much for all the effort, the house is precious 😍
I am going to try and use the template shape and make a miniature Little Library (like the one’s you see in neighborhoods) for the librarian at the elementary school I work at. I will trace it on cardboard or maybe cardstock and then cut the door out on the side where you have the window images. The door will have a clear window and I will make miniature books to go inside.
She will love it.
