By Gabrielle.

Hooray! I’ve got a giveaway you’ll LOVE today. Jacadi, the chic French clothing line for children, is offering a $150 gift certificate. Fabulous, right? Even better, Jacadi is running their Summer Sale right this minute!

Jacadi Summer Sale - 50% off!

The Summer Sale means items are 50% off, so it’s a great time to stock up! Find the sale across seven categories — baby girl, baby boy, toddler girl, toddler boy, little girl, little boy, and tween girl as well. Everything is adorable! The selection of dresses for little girls especially caught my eye. So many classic choices!

Jacadi Summer Sale- 50% off!

Based in Paris, Jacadi is all about timeless cuts, refined tailoring, quality materials and gorgeous prints. If you’re trying to get a sense of how a little French boy or little French girl dresses — for summer vacation, for school, even on the weekend — taking a peek at the Jacadi displays will tell you everything you need to know.

Jacadi Summer Activities - Ideas and Worksheets - Free!

Extra Fun: Even if the giveaway doesn’t tempt you, you’ll want to take note of the Summer Fun & Games section on the Jacadi site. You can find boredom fighting ideas and clever activity sheets — totally free!

Visit the Jacadi Summer Sale and leave a comment below to enter — I’d love to hear if you find something fun for your kids in the Fun & Games section. The winner will be announced on Tuesday. Good luck!

P.S. — I know I’ve mentioned this before, but in case you missed it, I think it’s a fun little tidbit. In France, the name for Simon Says is “Jacques a dit” — that’s where the name Jacadi comes from! A close approximation would be Jock-ah-dee.

Arika is the lucky winner. Thanks for playing!

I’ve walked by this shop in NYC and have never ventured in! Thank you for the introduction! My newborn would look so adorable in the gingham trim overalls and striped hat. I printed the worksheets out for my almost 4 year old. So clever!

how fun!! what an awesome giveaway!

14 Marie July 11, 2014 at 12:11 pm

The cooking lesson is a great idea because the kids always want to help in the kitchen.

15 Betsy July 11, 2014 at 12:13 pm

all of the items were beautiful, but I especially love the stripped romper!

16 Anna July 11, 2014 at 12:13 pm

Yeah to nature walks and cooking lessons!

I’d love to take more time to teach my children to cook, but to my own disappointment I tend to get too stressed out by kids and gas and boiling liquids and hot frying pans and…and…relax already!
Mind you, making dips and grinding spices is also fun and constructive cooking.

But coming back to Jacadi: all lovely and attractive.

ps. Gabrielle, do you get round to making clothes for your children? You seem to get round to a lot of crafty things and you have a wonderful eye for design, so I just wondered…

That little boy’s striped swimsuit is amazing! I also love the pink twill cargo shorts. Boys need more pink in their lives!

62 LL July 11, 2014 at 2:58 pm

This would be great! My toddler starts school in September & they don’t want any characters or graphics on shirts. We will have to buy from scratch and hunt high and low for plain but not boring, without even daring to wish for stylish. Hard to find & costs a lot! Thanks for the opportunity!

I love the cooking ideas. Every year my daughter and I found something we had never tried before…it was at least one new thing every summer. Now she’s 19 and we can’t stay off Pinterest and try at least one recipe a MONTH. Now we have my granddaughter in the kitchen who loves cooking with her aunt and grandma.

76 Em July 11, 2014 at 3:57 pm
