I’m really loving the template/theme of
this site. It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s tough to get that “perfect balance” between superb
usability and visual appeal. I must say that you’ve done a great job with this.

Also, the blog loads very quick for me on Chrome. Exceptional Blog!

I’m looking to start my own blog soon but I’m having a tough time making a decision between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal. The reason I ask is because your design seems different then most blogs and I’m looking for something completely unique. P.S My apologies for being off-topic but I had to ask! Cheese lover here. While Thailand is famous for its cuisine, cheese is just a fairly recent newcomer here and something that more traditional Thais still find strange.

Fun Fact: The Thai word for cheese translates as “hard butter”. (Though “cheese” has also become a common word too.)

Luckily, there is a fairly decently selection of imported cheeses available in Thailand now, though they are quite expensive compared to their prices in Europe, America and many other countries. (Hey, at least there’s a lot of cheap, mouthwatering Thai food on hand though.)

I think you are right when it comes to some (even most) cheeses, but I read this and it made me rethink the cheese-citrus combo.

They will turn your cheese acrid :(
