By Carter.
This illustrated gift from Emily McDowell swelled up a giant lump in my throat. It’s been a week of sadness in the midst of a season of expectation, and these words ring especially true.
Do you remember this moment in A Christmas Carol? A fragile Tiny Tim exclaims this with gusto and thanks for the smallest of things. That seed of love was planted in the heart of a man, where only coldness and sorrow occupied it before.
Beautiful, right? It’s a plea and a hope for all of us this year.
P.S. — This series — illustrated quotes from children’s books — is a collaboration between Emily McDowell and myself. You can find the whole series here.

I really love your website.. Great colors & theme. Did
you develop this website yourself? Please reply back as I’m planning to create my own website and want to find out where you got this from or what the theme is called. Cheers!
Hey there would you mind stating which blog platform you’re working with? I’m planning to
start my own blog soon but I’m having a difficult time making a decision between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal. The reason I ask is because your design seems different then most blogs and I’m looking for something unique.
P.S Apologies for getting off-topic but I
had to ask!
