Playful Learning Giveaway (Plus, The Container Store!)

August 27, 2012

I have an excellent back-to-school giveaway for you today! You will love it, I’m sure. Playful Learning is offering an awesome 3-piece prize worth over $200. One lucky winner will receive: 1) A spot in the Playful Learning Spaces eCourse, 2) a copy of the Playful Learning Book, and 3) a $100 gift card to The Container Store!!

Playful Learning has excellent tools to help parents play with their children in meaningful ways. They offer classes, a book, and a helpful blog too! Plus, their website is gorgeous, and is simply a joy to visit. I’m such a fan of Mariah Bruehl. She’s the creator and scholar behind the Playful Learning line. (I mentioned how much I love her book here).

What a great prize! The book and the Playful Learning Spaces class will help you explore and share ideas for creating areas that invite children to engage in reading, writing, science, art, and more. You’ll also learn about organization, storage, and selecting materials for different ages and stages of child development.

The generous Container Store gift card is a bonus! It’s a way for people to put the the basic principle of the Playful Learning Spaces eCourse to work in their home.

Extra fun: Design Mom readers can get a 30% discount on any Playful Learning Ecademy offering if they use the code DESIGNMOM within a week of the giveaway. Sweet!

To enter, visit Playful Learning and leave a comment below. The winner will be announced on Thursday. Good luck!

Kamille Bauer is the lucky winner. Thanks for playing!

26 Kamille Bauer August 27, 2012 at 11:27 am

That Looks like such a fun way to be able to sit down and ‘connect’ with the kids. My husband has been home recovering from multiple bone cancer surgeries the last 8 months…..and with our 1 1/2 year old, 5 year old, and 8 year old-they would have a blast doing that with him. I’m always looking for things that he can do with them that’s not too impacting or strenuous. Thanks for posting about their website their products look fun!
