Water Drops

May 4, 2012

Heinz Maier‘s photographs of water drops look like hand-blown glass sculptures. Impossibly dreamy and delicate with a snowflake uniqueness; no two could possibly ever be the same.

Would you believe me if I told you Mr. Maier is an amateur photographer? It’s true. He started taking pictures at the end of 2010, and most of his Water Drop photos were taken in late 2011. Are you inspired to master a wildly awesome and completely new skill, too? What would you like to be in one or two years? Do tell!

As seen on Trendland.

Wow! What gorgeous photos!

I’m always working at improving my yoga…and accepting that I will never be finished with that. Letting go of defined achievement may be my biggest achievement!

Awesome photo!

A year ago I wouldn’t have said this (because I didn’t know how much I was going to love doing it) but I think in 2 years I would love to be a pro at blogging! You are my inspiration, Design Mom!

I love it! Amazing how everyday things look like a work of art close up.
