Joyeux Noel from The Blairs!
Thanks for indulging me while I share more Christmas-y photos from the Blue Lily shoot. I think the family shot would have been perfect for holiday cards this year — if only I had sent some out. Thank goodness there’s always next year. : )
May your days be merry and bright!
kisses,
Gabrielle

Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas! I hope you’re enjoying the holiday!
Merry Christmas! They are beautiful photos! What an amazing way to remember Christmas in France!
Probably the prettiest family Christmas picture ever! Mary Christmas to you all!!
Beautiful! Merry Christmas!
I love your Christmas pictures with the little car and the presents and your family. VERY NICE!!
these photos are absolutely beautiful! merry christmas!
Merry Christmas to the Blairs from the Taylors! And thank you for all you do to inspire us every day. I discovered your blog–and indeed this whole amazing world of creative bloggers–last fall (2010) and it has truly changed my life.
Your photos by Blue Lily are just wonderful. What a beautiful keepsake to remember your time in France. I think that in 2012 you should start a side business called “I Will Dress Your Children.” Like Blue Lily, you’d travel to your clients but instead of taking photographs, you’d help us look less scruffy and more put together. What do you think? :-)
You could always do it the French way. They don’t do their cards for Christmas, instead holding out to send wishes for a ‘Bonne Annee’ for the New Year. It is ok to send them up until the end of January…… makes a perfect excuse to be a little late on the Christmas cards.
I LOVE these!! Perfectly Christmasy cute ;)
the family picture is adorable – merry christmas and looking forward to meeting you at ALT in the new year!
Dude. There is no way you all fit in that car. Actually…that’s the photo I want. Of everyone crammed in. And Ralph driving.
Oh wow. I just looked at the Flickr photos and you DID all fit in the car. Kind of. Good thing they allow kids to ride on the roof in France. That totally helps.
I LOVE the wreath on the front of the car. My parents do that every year!
The wreath on the front of the car is a real magic touch. Wishing you a Happy New Year!
So beautiful! Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas! Hope you all had a great holiday!
Merry Christmas! First time on your blog and I love it! It’s a lovely family of 8!
It is the perfect photo shoot! Wish you could have sent them out as card. Sometimes I think the little ones do us in a bit when it comes to photos–I was thinking about using one about a year old but a year makes such a difference! Thanks for sharing your photos here!
Some family history 1971-72: In Fairbanks, AK, Dad bought a used Renault, gray, for us to use that summer while we attended University of Alaska before heading out to The Bush. I don’t think we had a single moment in our little car when we looked as charming as do the Blairs in Normandy. : )
Merry Christmas! Love, love the photos! Wishing you a wonderful 2012! :)
Such a beautiful family. Thanks for sharing. Merry Christmas!
Adore those pictures- so cute.
These may be the most extraordinary family photos I’ve ever seen. The countryside, the colors of the outfits, and that car! You’ll look back on these photos and so vividly recall that magical year you had in France. Perfection.
The pictures are so beautiful! They look like they belong in a magazine.
I Love all of your Christmas photos! your family, the red gift wrap & wreath on that awesome little car look so charming together!! Hope you had a nice Christmas, Cheers to 2012!

Those are beautiful, I love the GIANT prop!
My family is going to visit Paris in July – if you know any amateur photographers that would meet us to do family pictures could you let me know? I’m thinking someone who would sell me digital files.
