A Few Things & Happy New Year!

December 30, 2011

Hello Friends! How are you? Do you have an exciting event to attend (hopefully involving sequins!) for New Year’s Eve? We are making simple plans with the kids. I’m betting they will include watching movies, eating sweets and banging pots and pans at midnight. : ) While we make a list of party candy, here are a few things I posted on Babble this week:

- Still plenty of time to send out New Year’s Cards. Here are 10 cute ones.
- In love with this lamp. Seriously coveting.
- Such a cool handmade book (let’s all copy!).
- You can put your new holidays toys in these.
- I could look at great family photos all day long.

Happy New Year to each of you! I hope you have a marvelous weekend. No doubt your 2011 will finish up grandly. I’ll meet you back here next week. I miss you already.

kisses,
Gabrielle

P.S. — I love this image Wendy snapped at our house. Doesn’t it make you want to look toward 2012 and imagine what it will bring? So much brightness!

Happy New Year Miss G!

I love this shot. It so….open to possibilities.

And I love the idea of the pot banging! I think we might have to try that!

Happy New Year, Gorgeous! I think we’ll have a quiet evening with the kids, watching the East Coast ring in the New Year at 9PM for us. :)

Love, LOVE the picture on this post. Wendy is awesome.

Your are a beautiful family. Thanks for sharing your adventures and love you have for each other. You have inspired me all year…and looking forward to more joy in 2012!! Oscar’s horse cutouts are so clever and I will be trying that out (maybe dinosaurs) with my 3 little ones! Many blessing, many smiles, so much to appreciate.

How exciting for me the New Year’s card from minted we sent out is in the same design “family” (slightly different format same color scheme and designer for sure)! I feel as though my choice has been endorsed by Design Mom!

Happy New Year to you and yours! Thanks for all your wonderful posts, ideas and inspiration. I can’t wait to see what this year holds.

I just came across this wonderful film that I thought you and your kids may be interested in going to see, seeing as you are in France and all, Le Cle des Champs. http://www.lacledeschamps-lefilm.com/index.html
