Paper Record Player Wedding Invitation

I’m betting this little video will bring a smile to your face. It features a wedding invitation — made of paper, of course — but it also comes with a little needle, and turns into a real, working record player. If that’s not cool enough, it plays a song the engaged couple wrote. I’m blown away!

Wouldn’t this idea be perfect for a Golden Wedding Anniversary celebration? The record could play the first song the couple danced to. What else would this idea be ideal for?

Thanks for the link, Melissa.

what a cool invitation! Maybe for a new record shop opening up? Or a recording studio? Either way, this is definitely a keeper!

that is really cool. I remember getting a record once as a birthday card when I was a kid…it sang some kind of ‘happy birthday to Amy’ song, but you had to play it on a real record player…of course everyone had record players then. back when dinosaurs roamed the earth!
