Hello, Friends. It is 11:20 PM and I am just now sitting down to write a blog post. What a fun, full week it’s been. My parents left yesterday, then Laura Mayes and Laurie Smithwick flew into town today. I can’t believe how wonderful it is to have them in my home. They are two of my very favorite people — and two of my heros. Plus, it’s fun having visitors to admire the chandelier.
I’ll be back here on Monday — and I promise to write my usual “A Few Things” post then. In the meantime, I hope you have a great weekend. Lucky me, I will be eating the homemade salsa Laura brought — made from ingredients out of her own garden.
P.S. — Aren’t these sneaker add-ons fantastic? Add lightning or wings and make any sneakers Superhero Shoes!
