Hello Friends! I’m happily home from New York. My kids were so pleased to have June back in their arms. Oscar kept asking me, “Mom, guess who’s the prettiest baby in the whole world?” When I would answer, “Who?” He would sigh like he was in love and say. “It’s Baby June.”

This morning, Oscar asked me to take some pictures of just him and the baby.

And then he wanted a few of just him. : )

How was your weekend? Any fun adventures?

Your son in the third picture is certainly a carbon copy of Ben Blair!

Love family road trips. We have done that same drive several times and it never ceases to stun me with its beauty.

Hey, is that rock in the first picture Green River fossil fish? A couple years ago we did a Salt Lake City to Yellowstone and back loop, and collecting fossils was the unexpected highlight of our trip. We went to Warwick Quarry where there was a wonderful father/son team manning the quarry. We ended shipping home 80lbs of fossils UPS!

So sweet. And wow does he ever look like Ben Blair. You are a blessed woman. Me too; spent A LOT of time in the pool (usually my husabnd takes her) with my brave two year old. I just love her- we got a good one :)

Awww, dang it all. I’m wearing mascara and eyeliner today. Sigh, I guess the dreaded raccoon eye is a small price to pay for true love so beautifully captured. “Oscar & June” sounds like a bold, retro illustrated children’s adventure in the making to me…

I love seeing your other beautiful children interact with baby June – so cute!

I dropped off this onesie and some other goodies off to my friend who’s expecting her second child (first boy)

http://kids.threadless.com/product/2300/babies/onesie/Star_Sabers/size,

We hit the farmers market, bought some produce, and more white peaches – I’ve perfected a White Peach martini, so there’s definitely more of that in my future. Then we went on a triple date with some friends we met online (they’re adorable son, Max is a month younger than our kiddo).

And when we got home, I signed up for Aerial Silk beginner lessons. Yay for coupons through Living Social!

Wow, look at how June is growing! She looks like a different child from the newborn babe in the hospital. I love to see how these babies change and gain weight–I’m a natural worrier, so weight and growth help calm me down!

And Oscar loving June so much–darling. I hope you catch that on camera. He’ll laugh and love himself for it.
