I’m on my way to New York this morning for the big BlogHer conference. I have a gorgeous new sling from Sakura Bloom to carry June in. It’s lime green! I’ll be sure to show you pictures when I get back.
The schedule is pretty jam-packed through Sunday, but Friday is really the BIG DAY for me. I speak on a panel with Alex of Alex Vega and Grace of Design*Sponge on Friday afternoon. On Friday night, I’m hosting the Kirtsy BlogHer Party (you can call it BH10VOTYG+AACbK for short). The party team has been working like crazy on all the little details and I think it’s going to be wonderful.
Mostly, I’m looking forward to being back in the city. The picture above is the last photo we took, right before we moved to Colorado.
I plan to check in with a post or two on Thursday and Friday, but if it doesn’t happen, you can for sure find me on Twitter — I’ll be sharing fun notes and lots of photos from my phone.

I am heading up tomorrow with a bus load of bloggers from Collective Bias. Can’t wait to be in “the city” and meet folks I’ve known online, in person. It’s like a high school reunion minus the angst ridden memories.

Since this is my first BlogHer, I’m a bit confused. Can I just show up to your speech and to the Kirtsy party, or are they RSVP things? I keep seeing tweets about parties, and feel very out of the loop. :-(
