Hi there! Long time no “comment!”

I just got back last week and have yet to get fully caught up and back into the land of reality:).

I figured I’d start with oldest to newest posts…cuz I can’t miss ANY of them, of course. I absolutely love the metal cabinet idea! I know many people have nice wooden cabinets – but not me! A black metal cabinet just begging for a new look. When things settle down, I will be doing this. Just retweeted and shared on FB too!!

Hi! I’m currently an intern at the company Kahn Lucas ( we manufacture children’s clothing ). I definitely wanted to add something else to your list! One of the brands, Dollie & Me, makes matching clothes for their little girls and dolls, which I think is absolutely adorable. I wish I had them when I was growing up, so I definitely wanted to share it with you moms out there!

Love the mallow photo. The cranes are awesome-I wish I had patience to make something like that. Your file cabinet was just in time-I was staring at mine the other day wondering what I could do to it. Cute June-darling photos!

What a lovely picture of your daughter roasting what does appear to be an enormous marshmallow (I hadn’t noticed before but sharp eye Kathleen). It’s so special when you’re able to take a picture of a child in this moment, of anticipation and concentration at the same time. Reminds of of a recent picture sent by a friend of her five year old studying a monarch butterfly. P.S. I checked out those brown sugar hearts and I’d seen them before. So adorable! I’m afraid I’d want to keep them and never want to use them. Whoever thought of these is incredibly clever.

I’m so curious about how little June did on the extended car ride. I just had my 4th baby and I’m trying to figure out how you manage to get laundry done, cars washed, etc….I’m mostly nursing and rocking. I’d love to know your secrets so I can get more stuff done around here!

Those colorful organic clothes are so great! I’m always disappointed by the dull colors on most organic cotton, when I know that there are bright all-natural dyes out there.

I love that you have curly hair like 4 people out of six in our family , I love that you have a big family – here in Australia 4 is a big family and they tell me things like “did your video player break?” I didn’t understand that comment for a good while while I was pregnant with my fourth but now I answer with “I have much more fun without it!” I would so like to have another one but my husband is from a small family and I doesn’t quite understand I think, about how more important family is than having material things or traveling places. I want to congratulate all of you for doing what you believe and not following the trends (and also on your lovely new addition) I love your birth story ! Could you write up a post on “a-day’-in’your-life. Please. i love reading about people with big families and there days it’s so inspiring….
