Yudu Nation Meetup!

I've been getting lots of emails and tweets asking if I'm hosting any sort of meetup at BlogHer. So I came up with an awesome plan involving silkscreens, free tote bags, huge prizes and rad-ness.

I'll be in the Shutter Sisters Suite — room #1237 at the Sheraton — on Friday and on Saturday from 2:00 to 4:00. I'll be there with a couple of Yudu Silkscreen Machines. (You may remember the awesome Yudu from the post I wrote about making U2 t-shirts and clipboards here.) Come say hello and I'll show you how to use the super cool machines. How to prep your image, how to burn the screen, how to print the image, and how easy it is to do the whole thing with the Yudu.

Best part: everyone that drops by gets to walk away with a silk-screened totebag -- for FREE!. I guarantee it will be your favorite souvenir from BlogHer.
There will be 3 designs to choose from, and I'm creating them myself. They will be very limited edition. : )

Other best part: I'll be giving away Four Yudu Prize Packages to Four lucky winners. Each prize package is worth $400 and includes a Yudu Machine plus tons of extra accessories. Holy cow!

All are welcome.
If you live in the Chicago area, come drop by and say Hello. Sheraton Towers, Chicago, Room #1237. Get yourself a free totebag and get a glimpse of the big conference. If you're attending BlogHer, drop by during a break or sneak away from one of the sessions. The demos will be short and ongoing, so you won't need to stay long. You won't want to miss your chance to win one of the big prizes -- and get your rad totebag.

I can't wait to meet you. Shoot me an email or leave a comment if you'll be dropping by. I want to make sure I've got enough totebags at the ready.
Get your Yudu on at BlogHer!!

--------

Questions:
1) Where is the Shutter Sisters Suite?
It's in the Sheraton Towers Chicago Hotel. Room #1237.

2) When is it again?
Friday, July 24th, 2:00 to 4:00
Saturday, July 25th, 2:00 to 4:00

2) The Yudu Machines look similar in size to my carryon. If I win, do I need to bring it home with me?
If you're one of the lucky winners, Yudu will ship your prize package directly to you.

3) Is the Yudu really that awesome?
Yes. Yes it is.

I'm totally stopping by! I was thinking I would get a chance to try one out at the Craft & Hobby Trade show right after BlogHer. Do you know if they will be there?

Can't get better than silk screening and free totes... OK maybe if the totes were filled with free chocolate. But I'm definitely stopping by! :0)

I can't wait to see the Yudu in action in real life. I think I watched the demo videos on repeat for about an hour when they first came out. I'm still drooling over them.

I can't wait to see the designs you've made for the totes, too!

I saw a Yudu for the first time on a trip out to Utah a few weeks ago, and I have been thinking about it ever since. Seriously coveting, in fact. I feel that I must eventually have one to preserve my sanity. It looks like so much fun to use!!! Thanks for the opportunity to win one!

I so wish I was going. I had to cancel my trip and sell my ticket because it conflicted with my sister's vacation. My elderly mother lives with my sister and is now staying with us this month. I once again will live a wonderful experience vicariously through you!!

I'm so excited to see this machine. Ever since I stopped producing my own line, I've been missing out on the fun of designing my kids tees. I'd love to manufacture on this much smaller and more managable scale!
