The dishes are beautiful – I kinda like the bowls with the measurements . . . . . .for most things – well except ice cream – for that I just dont wanna know!

yikes, this may make me over think eating, but they do do it in an aesthetically pleasing way, and maybe i could forget that the lines on the dishes were telling me what a pig i am…

As a personal trainer, I constantly work with people who are trying to control their weight, so portion size can be a big deal. These dishes are pretty cool, because the vast majority of people are terrible at just eye-balling portion size, but they don't want to measure everything out either.

I use them all the time and they make dieting SO much easier -which is good, because dieting is a pretty constant thing for me.

I've just started measuring all my portions out, trying to loose 22 pounds by Christmas. I will definitely have to look into these. I will say this, once you've measured something a few times you can pretty much eye the measurements. It would still be a handy thing to have around I am sure.

what a great idea! what about the plates? do they have a hidden measurement? sounds like a gimmick to me but a wonderful one!
