The Intersection of Design & Motherhood
Our second hotel is the The Explorean. In the jungle. The actual jungle.
For those of you who’ve asked, we’ll be without our kids. Which makes this trip feel very romantic and makes me want to pack my skimpiest swimsuits. Although. My brothers and sisters and their spouses will be with us as well. So it will probably be closer to a family reunion, and less of a romantic getaway.
Whatever it is. I’ll take it.

We've used our base in France to do lots of traveling. It's addictive! Here are some of our adventures:
A trip to Amsterdam.
Canoeing on the Dordogne River.
A Belgian Waffle Tour.
A wintery visit to Cologne.
Three cheers for Barcelona!
The tulip fields in Holland.
We saw the final match of the French Open.
One of our favorite spots is Mont St. Michel.
