This is such a cool giveaway. I always wondered why you don't get recognized for the everyday moments that you just pass through and don't toot your own horn about. The repetitious tasks that keep your children happy and healthy, like feeding, changing and bathing them...the times you are up every couple of hours with them because they are throwing up all night long...the little moments when they discover that they can control their fingers... all the "firsts" that steal your heart--like the first time they snuggle into your neck and whisper "I wuv you, Mommy."
No one is giving us awards for those times, but they should be. They are priceless, even if we don't recognize it at the time.
