Preview: Swimsuits for Girls
It's January. I'm freezing cold. But the catalogs are arriving with kids' swimsuits and I can't help but notice. Garnet Hill has put an amazing collection together for the girls. My favorites are these ruffle, halter suits. So cute I wish they came in my size.
