Airstream
The latest Design Within Reach catalog arrived the other day and I was just about ready to frame the cover.
One of these summers, I think it could be fun to load up the kids and travel across the country with an RV/camper. Especially a camper as pretty as this one. So shiny. It's like candy. You can read more about it here.

Wow, THAT is beautiful. I'm also addicted to the DWR catalog. Have you read Dwell magazine? I love that one as well.
I saw this too and couldn't stop looking at it.
WOW! I want one!!! We used to have a trailer while I was growing up, and there was nothing like the sound of raindrops on the aluminum roof at night - very soothing! =) Of course the camping part was the best bit.
Maybe we could all go in on this one together, like a time-share condo. (Can we park it at your house?) It would be so fun to do s summer trip with the kids!
They thought of going camping in one of these is so beautiful it makes my stomach lurch!
when i got my DWR catalogue this week I thought this beauty would make a great guesthouse - if I could only resolve the plumbing/septic issues.
airstreams are my favorite. so retro cool.
growing up we took several summer trips in the rv.... it was a great way to see the world. to this day, some of my favorite memories occured on those trips. i look forward to the day that we can do something similar with our family. there is just something fun and exciting about the open road.

Never liked RVs until now... this one has class.
We just got back from a camping trip to the Grand Canyon. Lots of fun!!! We did it in a tent and loved it.My favorite childhood memories are camping in a tent with my big family. Although, we see ourselves one day maybe moving up to a tent trailer. We decided we couldn't have a real trailer until we are grandparents.
Our neighbors at the campground did have an Airstream and it looked like lots of fun. Maybe one day.
