Olive Blair

Five years old is pretty charming — if you find dorkiness charming. Read about the adventures of five-year-old Olive on my most recent post at NY Metro Parents blog.

Cute story, I have a 5 year old, well actually she just turned 6, but I totally get everything you said. Your girl is darling, I love putting rollers in Buffy's hair too! Too bad we live across the country from each other, or I bet they would be great friends!

Ironically, my 2 year old is named Olive, but it is my 5 year old who would get along with YOUR Olive oh so well....it is all about Meet the Robinsons and dance recitals right now....the power of television!!!!

She's adorable, and she's sleeping in the bedding I was dying to have for my future guest room. And by furutre I mean, so far in the future that the bedding won't exist anymore. Sigh.

Just to clarify, it's not Olive's birthday. But thanks for the well wishes anyway!

Wow, what a doll. I love the bedtime run around. We deal with that with our 6 year old! But how can you be upset with them when they are sitting dining on strawberries from a pewter dish?! Too sweet.

Oh, I just want to hug Olive!

I don't know how I found you, but I can't stop reading. So I am going through the archives and this picture of Olive - I LOVE it. It reminds me so much of my daughter, Tessa.

Thanks for all you do!

Lisa
