Candy Wrapper Handbags
I've been seeing recycled candy wrapper goods and recycled juice pouch goods all over the place, but I think these are my favorite. Every one is one of a kind and apparently, every time you buy one, the company plants a tree. Nice.

have you seen the etsy.com upcycle contest? upcycle= recycling with an upgrade. you can do a tag/title search with 'upcycle' and there are several great items (and some not-so-great.)

Oh! This reminds me of making gum chains in Junior High with gum wrappers. What a blast from the past!

Yeah, like Juliane, my sisters and I made a 25 foot long gum wrapper chain. I wonder what happened to that...Guiness Book perhaps? Anyway, I'm guessing those handbags really aren't suitable for rainy days or for people who sweat profusely...
